Leadership Expeditions Guide

Chelsey has an International Business and Marketing Degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is from Wisconsin and has been living in Santiago, Chile since 2012, after falling in love with the Patagonia's mountains while backpacking South America in 2010. Since then, Chelsey has climbed multiple high mountains in Chile, Argentina, and Bolivia, including Mt. Aconcagua, Ojos del Salado Volcano, Sajama Volcano, and Illimani, Huayna Potosí, and Marmolejo mountains. She has climbed mountains and volcanoes in the North, Central, and South of Chile, as well as other multi-week circuits in remote areas of Patagonia. She enjoys many aspects of the mountains, including high altitude, ice climbing, rock climbing, skiing, and backcountry skiing. As an ACC certified life and career coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and NOLS trained outdoor educator, Chelsey frequently uses the outdoors as a medium to help people gain the clarity and courage they need to make change in their lives. She also works as a business consultant, leadership advisor, and training facilitator with a Canadian leadership development firm.
