Description

Trekking, Glacial Navigation within Rope Teams, Route Finding, Backpacking, Tent Camping, Building Snow Shelters, and Cooking Within Teams

For one week, participants will trek across King George Island, the northern-most island in Antarctica. Roped in together as teams while traveling across the glacier ensures that teams will need to work together to navigate to the next destination. One in a million people visit Antarctica and participants on this expedition will get a once in a lifetime experience to observe the wildlife and picturesque scenery of the seventh continent. Teams  will get the full Antarctic experience on this island while putting their goals to the test within the unpredictable weather patterns of Antarctica.
